Dr Jayne Matthews

Throughout a career spent operating in leadership and non-executive capacities for diverse organisations, including both SMEs and large international groups, Jayne has developed an aptitude for enabling exceptional quality and risk management. Jayne is adept at identifying business needs and risk factors before articulating these to stakeholders at all levels of seniority, including in the boardroom, so that they can be mitigated against. The results of these contributions have included optimised processes, engaged and enthused teams and the achievement of prestigious industry standards.

Recently, Jayne has supported board members in a non-executive capacity, providing advice informed by operational experience and ongoing learning and development. Her contributions have been pivotal in the recovery and turnaround of a lossmaking business unit that subsequently became a key profit generator. Jayne is now seeking to expand her non-executive portfolio in order to deploy her constantly evolving knowledge of risk and quality management to support organisations in achieving excellence in standards, safety and sustainable profits.
