Jon is experienced in creating consultation processes over a 35-year career & is an experienced mediator & HR manager, with specific skills in dispute resolution, HR policies, & have practical & theoretical competence in strategic management & marketing. He has dealt with complex issues from 1-2-1 performance concerns to industrial action by trade unions. He is comfortable in meeting participation, chairing & facilitating meetings & conferences, as well as having significant experience in presentational events at the highest levels. He has an MA in Employment Relations & Law from Keele, a post-grad Diploma in Marketing & is a Fellow of the Institute of Occupational Learning. He is also an ACAS Independent Expert. |
